Martin Wortmann

It all started with a tricycle that I rode down our little paved mountain. I started with motocross when I was 15. Then came my 18th birthday and I immediately built a Group G vehicle for circuit and hillclimb races. Unfortunately, for commercial reasons, it was over after one season, although my account was actually quite good (sponsors are unfortunately in short supply). There were a few hobby races with the motorcycle and then a long break (family and house). Now, at a somewhat more mature age, the passion came back. The wost-racing project was born from a conversation with Ronni during a hill climb.

I've always been a motorsport enthusiast and have competed in various races, mainly hill climbs. Ronni told me about the idea of the wost-racing team and asked if I would be there. There was nothing to think about and that's how I ended up here! Rummage through our site and maybe we'll see you on the mountain. !!The mountain calls!!

If you grow up with a car-crazy dad, have not missed a car race on TV, feel a slight tingling sensation in your stomach every time you accelerate, know the most diverse car brands better than English vocabulary and use him as a role model, then I have a bit of his racing blood! When he suggested the idea of the club to me, of course I didn't have to think twice and got involved immediately. And to be honest, I had no other choice either.
